1 - Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana | Las Vegas Raiders
I am not the hugest fan of Mendoza and his tape, but he's the consensus number one pick. The Raiders are in dire need of consistent QB play, and Mendoza is a high-floor prospect. We'll see if the Heisman winner, and potential 2026 CFB National Champion can deliever for the Raiders at the next level.
2 - Arvell Reese, LB, Ohio State | New York Jets
With Dante Moore going back to Oregon for atleast one more year, and Mendoza going number one; the Jets miss out on a first round QB at number two. The Jets forced zero interceptions during the 2025 season, a feat that has never been done since the stats been tracked. Taking the best defensive player on the board is the pick for them here as they try to get back to form.
3 - Francis Mauigoa, OL, Miami | Arizona Cardinals
All the talk around the Arizona Cardinals as of late has been around Kyler Murray's benching, and his likely offloading this offseason. Then news came of the firing of coach Jonathan Gannon. From here, the Cardinals have to pick smart. No elite QB prospects here, take a position of need. The current starting RT is 36-year old Kelvin Beachum, and impending free agent.
4 - Rueben Bain Jr., LB, Miami (FL) | Tennessee Titans
The Titans all around are a mess on defense. Bain would give Tennessee another elite pass rusher, and take some heat off of Jeffery Simmons hands. His measurements may raise some concerns, but the tape doesn't lie. He will still be able to execute at a high level in the NFL. This is a deep receiver class, you can find an elite threat at the beginning of Day 2.
5 - Carnell Tate, WR, Ohio State | New York Giants
The Giants will be under new leadership in 2026, with Brian Daboll being fired in the middle of the 2025 season. This may or may not be a factor. With Malik Nabers returning from a severe injury, and Wan'Dale Robinson being a free agent heading into the offseason, it's reasonable to think the Giants will want to add another weapon for Jaxson Dart. Tate is a very suspectable pick here.
6 - Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State | Cleveland Browns
It's unclear what direction the Browns will look towards in terms of starting quarterbacks in 2026, but one thing is for sure; they need a top receiver. Jerry Jeudy had a good year in 2023, but has been average since. Tyson is an absolute beast of a receiver. If not for injury concerns, it's likely he goes ahead of Tate. Would be an immediate day one impact starter for Cleveland.
7 - Caleb Downs, S, Ohio State | Washington Commanders
The Commanders had a bad, bad year in 2025. Plagued by injuries, and overall poor performance, they need an impact starter who can play at the top of the league immediately. Nobody fits that bill like Caleb Downs, widely regarded as the soundest prospect in the draft. Having him on here would be an incredible addition and would breathe life back into Washington's defense.
8 - Peter Woods, DL, Clemson | New Orleans Saints
Despite the need for a running back to replace an aging Alvin Kamara, I think the Saints should be focusing on replacing Cam Jordan as he ages. The Saints can grab a partner for Shough in the backfield later on. Woods would a solid value pick, possibly downplayed simply because of an underperforming season by Clemson.
9 - Jeremiyah Love, RB, Notre Dame | Kansas City Chiefs
After New Orleans passes him up, the Chiefs pick up their new RB1. Having an explosive back like Jeremiyah Love lined up next to a returning Patrick Mahomes would give defensive coordinators nightmares. It would also take pressure off of Mahomes, allowing him to get back to executing his game after a mediocre year.
10 - David Bailey, EDGE, Texas Tech | Cincinnati Bengals
Same story, different year and hopefully a different outcome. The Bengals need a guy to put alongside Trey Hendrickson on the defensive line. The Shemar Stewart reach was a bad choice in the moment, and looks really bad right now. Truthfully, you could justify a pick at any position on defense here, but Bailey is the best available at this point.
11 - Keldric Faulk, EDGE, Auburn | Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are entering a new era. After trading away Jaelin Phillips to the Eagles, they're looking for a new EDGE rusher to take his place. Faulk is an absolute star, and one of the few bright spots of the Auburn defense. He should be able to step up as a starter in Miami under the new regime immediately.
12 - Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee | Dallas Cowboys
After yet another down year for America's Team, Jerry Jones will be looking to take a big name guy. McCoy is that guy for Dallas. Jermod didn't take any snaps in 2025 for the Volunteers, he was recovering from an injury. His 2024 tape tells a ridiculous story though, one of a lockdown corner who can mesh into many defenses and immediately lockdown a side of the field.
13 - Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU | Los Angeles Rams
The Rams had another incredible season, with their historic offense putting up nearly 30-points per game on average. However, their defense fell off a cliff midseason. The Rams secondary especially was very lackluster. Clearly missing a true CB1 vertical guy. Delane is mocked to the Rams in many drafts, and it makes complete sense.
14 - Denzel Boston, WR, Washington | Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens are yet another team that will have a new head coach for the 2026 season. With that, they will look to take Lamar to another level. To do so, they will need to surround him with some more talent. Mark Andrews was extended, and they have Zay Flowers but Denzel Boston may be the missing piece for this offense.
15 - Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon | Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay will retain Todd Bowles for another year, but the message is clear: win now. Kenyon Sadiq fitting into an offense with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Bucky Irving and Baker Mayfield is a dream team. When they play to their peak, they will be nearly unstoppable. Cade Otton is a solid player, but has nowehere near the ceiling of Sadiq.
16 - Makai Lemon, WR, USC | New York Jets
Going into year two under Aaron Glenn, the Jets will look to take a step forward. In this mock, they selected LB Arvell Reese with the second pick. Now, they look to build their offense up. Garrett Wilson is obviously an incredible WR1, but they lack a WR2 threat. Enter Makai Lemon, the USC standout receiver will work incredibly in New York.
17 - Spencer Fano, OT, Utah | Detroit Lions
It's known that the Detroit Lions have one of the best offensive cores in the NFL, but what the fans will tell you is that the offensive line is a weak point. Adding on to that, QB Jared Goff has been known to fold when under pressure in the pocket. To hopefully keep that issue blanketed, Detroit takes an offensive tackle of the future with Fano. A steal at this point in the draft.
18 - Sonny Styles, LB, Ohio State | Minnesota Vikings
Styles is predicted to be a bit higher of a pick than 18th overall, but it makes sense here. Andrew Van Ginkel is getting up there in age, and linebacker is one of the bigger needs for the Vikings at this point. Styles has been a standout at Ohio State for a couple years now.
19 - Cashius Howell, EDGE, Texas A&M | Carolina Panthers
The Panthers could go a couple directions here. I see them going with an EDGE to bolster the defensive line alongside Derrick Brown. Howell had an incredible season at Texas A&M this year. He put up double digits sacks and made some incredible plays.
20 - Kayden McDonald, DL, Ohio State | Dallas Cowboys
Kayden McDonald is the defintion of a 'run-stuffer'. Very rarely does he fail at that. He has room to improve as a pass rusher too. Jerry Jones referenced after the Micah Parsons trade; "we need to stop the run." Well Jerry, here's your opportunity to put someone next to Quinnen Williams.
21 - Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama | Pittsburgh Steelers
Ty Simpson has fallen out of the first round debate a little bit, but I don't think that's warranted. He was rumored to be dealing with multiple injuries and a sickness around the same time his performance took a decline. If he can get healthy for the charts. The Steelers could finally find their long-term answer at quarterback.
22 - Olaivavega Ioane, IOL, Penn State | Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers lack of offensive line depth really showed in that game against the Patriots. Being held to only one field goal the entire game. Vega Ioane is the highest ranked interior offensive lineman in my eyes. Put him alongside Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater and watch him work.
23 - Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah | Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia very well may trade star WR AJ Brown this offseason. Brown has showcased displeasure with the organization all throughout the year. However, with the guy they would likely look to to replace him (Denzel Boston) off the board, they pivot to the future of the offensive line. Lomu is another stud tackle from Utah. He could come in and immediately start, or sit and learn.
24 - Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama | Cleveland Browns
In this scenario, Cleveland took their WR1 early. Now, they hope to get a protector for their QB (whoever that may be). Proctor is the most athletic tackle in the class, and has a lot of room to grow at his current age. If Cleveland doesn't mess this up, he could be one of the best tackles in the league someday.
25 - TJ Parker, EDGE, Clemson | Chicago Bears
Chicago has taken a leap forward under the leadership of first year head coach Ben Johnson. Their defense could still use some improvement though. All around, the defense is less than great. TJ Parker, who was once mocked to be a top five pick, would be a solid selection for the team here.
26 - KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M | Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen has solidified himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. That doesn't mean he doesn't need receivers though. The Bills front office however, has continued to miss on take shots towards getting a bonafide WR1 for the former MVP. Finally, they hopefully find their guy in Concepcion.
27 - Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia | San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco has had about the worst luck possible this year, but they've found a way to win. They certainly need a starting tackle moving forward. Freeling is a very intriguing prospect and could very well be that guy for San Francisco. Possibly the highest ceiling tackle in this years class. He's flown up draft boards over the last month or so.
28 - Gennings Dunker, OT, Iowa | Houston Texans
Houston has an incredible defense, a franchise quarterback, and receiving threats. What they don't have, is good offensive protection. Dunker has risen up boards over the last month or two, and is a borderline first round pick now. With all the tackles that have just gone off the board, Houston hopes to have found their guy.
29 - Trinidad Chambliss, QB, Ole Miss | Los Angeles Rams
This is a perfect fit for both parties. In an ideal world, Chambliss can come in and develop under McVay. He will have the opportunity to sit behind Matthew Stafford for a year or two to learn the system and polish his craft. When Stafford ends his legendary career, Chambliss can take the reins and the Rams won't miss a beat.
30 - Emanuel Pregnon, IOL, Oregon | New England Patriots
Coming off a very successful season for New England, bolstering their offensive line for their MVP-caliber QB is the perfect choice. It may not be flashy, but it will pay dividends if it works out. Pregnon would fit well in New England.
31 - Chris Bell, WR, Louisville | Denver Broncos
Some mocks have the Denver Broncos taking another defensive player, I don't see the point. Their defense is easily arguably the best in the league. What they need is a true WR1 threat for Bo Nix to work with. Chris Bell fits the mold as a big bodied receiver who can turn on the jets when he needs to.
32 - Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson | Seattle Seahawks
Terrell is projected to go early-mid first round, I don't see that happening. I do think he has a shot to go end of the first round to Seattle. The Seahawks have Josh Jobe and Tariq Witherspoon on expiring contracts and adding a rookie to the room may help to keep the foundation while not having to throw the bank at Jobe and Witherspoon.
